Here at tigerleisure.com, we strive to ensure your order is carefully packaged and arrives as quickly as possible. Here is a guide as to when you can expect to receive your order:

UK Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.99 (1-2 working days from dispatch)

Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.50 (2-3 working days from dispatch)

Fully tracked from the point your order is dispatched through to delivery on your doorstep

Delivery days are Monday – Saturday

We do not deliver on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day

Delivery to Europe

Royal Mail International Signed Service (within 5-7 working days from dispatch)

Order value less than £60: £11.99

Order value more than £60: £14.99

Your order will be tracked until it leaves the UK and only handed over to the final destination once a signature is received from the recipient.

Some orders may be delivered in more than one parcel to suit packaging requirements

Rest of the World Delivery

Free - Click & Collect Service!

We also offer a click and collect service which is free of charge and give you the option of collecting from the Tiger Leisure KCOM Stadium store or Prospect Centre store.

You will receive two emails: one to confirm your order has been placed and a further email to confirm your order is ready to collect. Please await both emails before collecting your order.

When you collect your order from the chosen location please take either of the following:

-        Email Confirmation containing order number

-        Personal identification – i.e. driving license, bank card

Prospect Centre - Click & Collect Customer

Use the click & collect bay located on level 2 to park for FREE! Please ask Tiger Leisure staff when collecting your order for further details (maximum 20 minutes stay)

KCOM Stadium - Click & Collect Customer

Free parking around the bowl or stadium car park. Parking restrictions do apply on matchdays

Additional Information

Orders are processed Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

We aim to despatch all orders the same or next working day however this may not be possible during busy periods such as Christmas or kit launch. Other factors include:

Shirt printing – if you choose to have your shirt personalised please allow an extra 1-2 days to be despatched.

Pre-orders – products on pre-order or products that are not in stock will be despatched in the period specified or as soon as the product is available again.

Special Instructions – If you do enter special instructions for your goods to be left with a neighbour or to be left in a certain place on your property Hull City Tigers or the carrier cannot be held responsible if your parcel is damaged or missing.

International Shipping – Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

BFPO Delivery - If you are ordering to a BFPO address then these shipments will be delivered to the BFPO Headquarters. Once delivered it will be the responsibility of the HQ to send these orders on.

Undelivered items - We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you please report this to us.
