Pre Order - Terms & Conditions

To accommodate unexpectedly high demand for certain Kappa items, we may offer a limited-time pre-order option. When activated, pre-orders will be open for a clearly advertised period. Once this window closes, all submitted pre-orders will be used to place an additional stock order.

Please note that the lead time for this process can be up to 14 weeks for stock to arrive at the club. Once received, all orders will be fulfilled using the delivery method selected at the time of purchase.
